Day 1 of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) Certificate in Human Resource Planning and Acquisition was held on August 1, 2026, at FEU Makati.

Day 2 of the Bacolod Chicken Inasal SAGAD Training Batch 5 was held on July 22, 2026, at Café Alfredo, FEU Makati.

Lead trainers Dean Harold Bueno and Ms. Mae Jhay Cal facilitated practical simulations on guest service standards and handling customer concerns and complaints.

FEU Academy, in partnership with the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), successfully held the Opening Ceremony of the Certificate in Human Resource Planning and Acquisition on August 1, 2026, at FEU Makati.

We thank Lead Trainer Lydia Lily Quintans, Executive Director Melinda Torres, Mr. Richard Mamuyac, and Ms. Kristin Austria for sharing their insights with the participants.

FEU Academy, in partnership with the FEU Manila - Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management, successfully conducted Day 1 of the Bacolod Chicken Inasal Batch 5 SAGAD Training: Customer Relations and Skills Training on July 21, 2026, at Room 304, FEU Makati.

During the session, lead trainers Dean Harold B. Bueno and Ms. Mae Jhay Cal emphasized the importance of delivering excellent and consistent customer service in building customer trust and loyalty.

The People Management Association of the Philippines Certificate in Compensation Management concluded with the participants’ class presentations, final examination, and closing ceremony held via Zoom on July 11, 2026.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Director Earl Borgoña, PMAP Training Manager Richard Mamuyac, Lead Trainer Bobby Marquez Jr., and HRD Manager Malou Malabanan for sharing their meaningful messages during the closing ceremony.

Congratulations to all participants for successfully completing the certificate program and demonstrating their knowledge and understanding in compensation management.
