BAPS 3-1 [1st Semester | A.Y. 2021-2022]

Today, we celebrate the undying academic perseverance of each student of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science 3-1 oriented towards a liberation from the oppressive status quo!

All students, indeed, deserve to be recognized for braving through another challenging semester. As in the preceding ones, last semester posed several challenges to the effective learning experience of the students. The distance learning continued to impose restrictions on the ability of the students to gain a full grasp on much-needed knowledge.

It is only fitting, therefore, that we celebrate the academic excellence of the students together with a strong call for a better learning experience that includes not only the resumption of the pre-pandemic learning setup but also its holistic improvement! !

The number of challenges may have been hundredfold, but the Iskolar ng Bayan remained committed to achieving academic excellence.

Recognizing everyone’s perseverance and determination, we would like to congratulate BAPS 2-1 for another successful semester!

While in pursuit of excellence, always remember to champion the interest of the people! As David Hume put it, “Be a philosopher, but amidst all your philosophy, be still a man.”

CONGRATULATIONS BAPS 2-1!

PUP Students actively participated at the week-long 3rd PUP Model Congress last month as part of their firm commitment to serving the Filipino people by engaging in parliamentary discussions.

Participants took the chance to bring fresh ideas and much-needed policies forward to address some pressing issues in the country – covering social justice, economy, foreign affairs, public health, and local governance. The congressional body successfully wrapped up the event on the 31st of July with six (6) bills passing the 3rd reading after a series of thorough and fruitful debates at the committee and plenary levels.

We would like to congratulate students from Bachelor of Arts in Political Science 2-1 for their exemplary performance! On the last day of the event, the organizing committee recognized the indispensable participation of some delegates who displayed their patriotic and strong commitment.
