Break the Cycle. Begin Healing. ❤️‍🩹🍃

Not all scars are visible. Some are carried quietly—shaped by our upbringing, family experiences, and the things left unsaid. These emotional scars can influence how we think, feel, and connect with others. But here’s the truth: your family history may explain you, but it does not define you.

You are invited to be part of a powerful and eye-opening discussion—one that could change how you understand yourself, your past, and your path forward:

“Emotional Scars: Understanding, Healing, and Breaking the Cycle of Family Baggage”
📅 April 14, 2026 | AVR - 3RD FLOOR

This is more than just a seminar—it’s a safe space for reflection, growth, and transformation. Whether you are navigating personal struggles, supporting others, or simply seeking to understand yourself better, this conversation is for you.

You are not bound by the past. You have the power to heal, to grow, and to create a new path forward.

Join us. Reflect. Heal. Rise above the cycle.

✨ Seminar Success! ✨

The seminar entitled “Culture May Differ, But Care is Universal” was successfully conducted, highlighting the importance of culturally competent care in the nursing profession. The discussion emphasized that while traditions, beliefs, and practices may vary across communities, compassion and quality care remain constant and universal.

The students of NCM 119 extend their sincere gratitude to Edna Wacher, RMA-JP, for generously sharing her knowledge and valuable insights, which greatly enriched the learning experience of everyone present.

Special thanks are also given to Ma'am Dotha Bernal, RN, MAN, and Dean Precy Cruz, RN, MAN, for their unwavering support, as well as to the students of BSN for their active participation and enthusiasm.

This successful event would not have been possible without the dedicated efforts of the NCM 119 students:

Deoquino, Giselle
Esta, Carla
Esteban, Arvir Gerald
Nota, Sharmaine Dominique
