TLP is a medical sorority, a group of strong women supporting other strong women, in becoming excellent clinicians. We engage each one, not only about what is written in the books, but more so about the complexity of life. We understand that each member brings with her a unique set of skills, persona, talent, and intelligence that we can all learn from. We provide many opportunities to increase kn
owledge and participate in service projects such as medical and surgical missions, educational community lectures and charitable donation drives. The TLP ladies are astute clinicians, many of whom have become leaders in their field both here and around the world. We offer support from the moment one is affiliated and continue to do so even after graduation. We are a group of friends who will always have your back - to help you during your long hard days and celebrate with you on your tiny and large victories. We are an outstanding, dynamic, compassionate, and selfless group of physicians and health professionals. We are fierce yet fun loving; focused, yet diverse.
