UPDATE: To help applicants move on and make decisions on their academic future, freshmen applicants accepted into the program have already been informed by MCSU through email. If you did not receive any emails from us, then you were not accepted. (Accepted applicants are still advised to wait for the official notice of acceptance from the OUR so they can proceed with the rest of the admission process.)
Q: Applicants from other programs have already received their letters of acceptance or rejection. When will I receive mine?
A: Please wait for the letter from the Office of the University Registrar.
Q: Will there be additional slots to the BSCS Program and will I be considered for those slots?
A: All slots are currently filled. If a slot becomes available, it will be offered to the next in line on the waitlist. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁.
Q: I was not accepted into the BSCS program. Can I transfer or shift after one semester?
A: Unlikely, since there is a minimum number of units required. Please visit the OUR page at https://our.upm.edu.ph/ and look for the guidelines on transferring and shifting.
Q: Will you consider my application if I submit additional recommendation letters and other documents?
A: All applicants have already been evaluated based on documents submitted during the application period. The evaluation will not change if you submit additional documents.
