๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐จ-๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ด๐๐๐๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐๐ actively joined the 3-day ๐๐๐บ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐๐ต ๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐๐ต ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ at 4J Resort, Carmen, San Agustin, Romblon โ a meaningful gathering that empowered young leaders to prioritize mental wellness, build stronger connections, and become advocates of compassion and understanding.
This meaningful initiative, organized by the Office of the Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator โ Local Youth Development Division, became a venue for young leaders to learn more about mental wellness, self-awareness, empathy, and the importance of creating safe spaces where every voice is heard and valued. Through engaging discussions, team-building activities, and shared experiences, we strengthened not only our understanding of mental health but also our connection with fellow youth leaders from different communities.
The camp reminded us that mental health truly matters, and that even simple conversations can bring comfort, hope, and healing. As youth leaders, we are inspired to become advocates of positivity, understanding, and support within our campus and community. Together, let us continue promoting awareness, encouraging open communication, and empowering the youth to prioritize their well-being. ๐
