Due to inclement weather brought about by the Southwest Monsoon (habagat), classes today, September 9, 2026, from 8:30AM to 1:00PM are suspended; classes from 1PM onwards shall shift to online synchronous modality.

Students are advised to coordinate with their respective faculty members regarding any learning arrangements and to continue monitoring the University's official communication channels for updates.

As of this time, University office operations will continue on-site as scheduled. Any updates or changes will be announced through the University's official communication channels.

🌍✨ The College of International Relations welcomed its freshmen during a meaningful orientation on 13 August 2026! Despite the rainy weather, students came together to begin their journey as part of the CIR community.

The orientation introduced essential academic guidelines and highlighted opportunities through the CIR Student Government, Foreign Service Club, and LPU Project for Asian and International Relations (PAIR). Students also learned about exciting initiatives, leadership activities, and engagements connected with the DFA and FSI, capped off by fun games, prizes, and the much-awaited "Diplomart" 🏛️.

On October 16, 2024, the College of International Relations and the LPU Project for Asian and International Relations hosted its third session of IR in Praxis on "Cultural and Public Diplomacy as Levers of Soft Power."

Assistant Secretary Arvin R. De Leon from the Office of Public Diplomacy and Assistant Secretary Celia Anna M. Feria from the Office of Cultural Diplomacy, both from the Department of Foreign Affairs, were the invited speakers at the event.

𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲!📣

As the nationwide transport strike will continue to September 24, 2024, all face-to-face lecture classes will transition to online synchronous modality. However, CITHM laboratory classes, Psychology laboratory classes, and CAS production and computer laboratory classes will continue face-to-face as planned.

Furthermore, all preliminary exams originally scheduled for tomorrow, September 24, will be postponed to October 8, 2024. Thus, in lieu of the exams, teachers will conduct online lecture classes.

Please take note of these changes and adjust your schedules accordingly.
