The University Student Government of TUP Manila, through TUP CARES, is opening a 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 to support 𝗧𝗨𝗣 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘁, 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀.

We are accepting 𝗶𝗻-𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 to help provide essential needs and relief to affected students. Students directly impacted by the severe weather are also encouraged to accomplish the sensing form so that their concerns and needs may be properly identified.

This directive is consistent with the 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮'𝘀 directive for schools to implement an 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲 (𝗔𝗗𝗠) following the suspension of face-to-face classes due to 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 brought about by the 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻 (𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘁) enhanced by 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗮𝘆.

Faculty members shall facilitate learning asynchronously through 𝗠𝗦 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀, the University's official 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (𝗟𝗠𝗦), and implement the necessary academic adjustments to ensure the attainment of the intended learning outcomes.

Students are advised to regularly monitor their official class channels, 𝗠𝗦 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀, and the 𝗟𝗠𝗦 for announcements, learning materials, assessments, and further instructions from their respective instructors.

GAPTSA proudly participated in the 𝗨-𝗕𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀' 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮, held at 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗨-𝗕𝗲𝗹𝘁, joining other student leaders from various campuses, as well as our fellow TUP student leaders, and gained valuable lessons from the esteemed speakers, 𝐉𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐚 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬, 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐚, and 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝐌𝐲𝐞 𝐍𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐠.
