The mass was presided over by the Vice President for Financial Affairs, Rev. Fr. Rafael Eloriaga, C.M. As we continue this novena, may we be inspired by the life and mission of Saint Vincent de Paul, who dedicated himself to serving the poor and those in need.

May his example remind us as Adamsonians to see Christ in others and to respond to our community with compassion, generosity, and love!

๐€๐”๐’๐† ๐”๐๐ƒ๐€๐“๐„๐’ | Appeal to Shift Classes to Online Modality on September 22 Rejected

Earlier, the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) has responded to the Adamson University Student Government's (AUSG) appeal in regards for classes to shift to onlinde modality in view of the second day for the second nationwide transport strike.

In a later response, the VPAA have mentioned that as of writing, the University has not found any legitimate and official confirmation from MANIBELA regarding the continuation of the transport strike tomorrow, September 22, 2026.

Upon consultation with the Academic Administrators, it has been decided that classes for tomorrow will resume on-site.

The University will still continue to monitor developments regarding the transportation situation and will issue appropriate announcements if there are any significant changes that may affect academic arrangements.

๐€๐”๐’๐† ๐”๐๐ƒ๐€๐“๐„๐’ | VPAA's Response to AUSG's Appeal to Shift Classes to Online Modality on September 22

The Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) has responded to the Adamson University Student Government's (AUSG) appeal to shift classes to online modality tomorrow, September 22, in view of the second day of the second nationwide transport strike.

In the response, the VPAA stated that as of this time, the University continues to monitor the transportation situation and is seeking a legitimate and official announcement or confirmation regarding the continuation of the announced transport strike, particularly for tomorrow, September 22. Any determination concerning a possible adjustment in academic modality will therefore take into consideration verified and official information on the actual transport situation.

Their Office recognizes that students may be affected by the transportation conditions differently, at the same time, decisions concerning academic modality must be based on verified circumstances and the University's established academic and administrative considerations.

The University will continue to monitor developments and will communicate any necessary academic arrangements through the appropriate offical channels.
