👉 The First-Year Representative will serve as the spokesperson for the first-year students, relaying important announcements, events, and updates to their year level to make sure everyone stays informed. They will also encourage and motivate students to actively participate in OUSES programs.

📌 Note: For the First-Year Representative, only the Class President and Vice President may be nominated.

‼️ IMPORTANT: This orientation will serve as the first day of class for NTSP. Students who attend the presentation will receive a Certificate of Participation, which will serve as the first requirement to be submitted to your CWTS or ROTC instructor.

[ADVISORY: POSTPONEMENT OF NSTP GABAY STUDENT ORIENTATION 2026]

Please be advised that the NSTP Gabay Student Orientation 2026, originally scheduled for tomorrow, August 30, 2026 (Sunday), has been postponed due to the Red Rainfall Warning issued by PAGASA across Metro Manila.

The activity is rescheduled to next Sunday, September 6, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM via YouTube Live. Further instructions, livestream links, and specific details will be coursed through your respective CWTS Instructors.

Please stay safe indoors and continue to monitor official university channels for additional updates.
