Warmest congratulations Brod. Atty. Hussin Ututalum Amin on your appointment as 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫 of the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos.

He is a distinguished lawyer, jurist, legislator, and public servant. Throughout his career, he has served as a member of the Bangsamoro Transition Commission, contributing to the formulation of policies and legislative measures that supported the establishment of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). He also served as Municipal Mayor of Jolo, Sulu; Representative of the First District of Sulu during the 11th, 12th, and 13th Congresses; Executive Judge of the Regional Trial Court in Jolo; Assistant Regional State Prosecutor and State Prosecutor in Region IX; and Assistant City Fiscal of Zamboanga City and most importantly he is a proud UE Betan.

The Beta Sigma Lambda Exclusive Law Fraternity and Sorority – University of the East College of Law Chapter proudly congratulates our very own Brod Allan Sixto D. Estudillo on his appointment and oath-taking last 11 February 2026 as Provincial Prosecutor of Northern Samar.

A true Proud UE Law alumnus, Brod Allan has long exemplified excellence in public service. Before this appointment, he served with distinction as Municipal Circuit Trial Court Judge for over a decade—at MCTC Gandara–Matuguinao–San Jorge and later at MCTC Mapanas–Gamay–Lapinig—following ten (10) years of dedicated legal practice.

His integrity, independence, and unwavering commitment to justice define his career and inspire our Brotherhood and Sisterhood.
