The Benilde Culture and Arts Unit (BCAU) is a formation office for Benildean student-artists who are viewed as life-long learners committed to the pursuit of artistic growth and innovation. We seek to uplift Filipino culture and traditions in the general community through the promotion of the arts. BCAU develops programs and project initiatives that give students the opportunity to participate in and experience arts and culture in the College community during the school year.

BREAKING: Work operations (onsite and work-from-home arrangements) in Benilde Manila, Benilde Antipolo, Benilde Senior High School, and Benilde Deaf School are suspended starting 12 p.m. today, Aug. 6, following Memorandum Circular No. 122 from the Office of the President of the Philippines due to continuous heavy rainfall associated with Tropical Storm Maymay and the enhanced Southwest Monsoon.

Meanwhile, identified and ongoing school activities and events may continue, subject to the approval of their respective Division Heads. Offices that need to be on-site should likewise inform their respective Division Heads.

The Office of the Chancellor (OC) released the advisory via email today, Aug. 6, at 10:34 a.m.

What does it mean to protect a livelihood at sea? ⚠️

Food Delivery: Fresh from the West Philippine Sea follows Filipino fishermen as they brave the waters of the West Philippine Sea, confronting uncertainty and Chinese Coast Guard aggression in their pursuit of a livelihood.

Directed by Baby Ruth Villarama () and produced by Chuck Gutierrez (), the film earned international recognition after premiering at the 2025 DocEdge Festival, an Academy Award-qualifying documentary festival in New Zealand, where it received the Tides of Change recognition.
