On May 7, 2026, 4th Year Architecture students gathered at Co Po Ty Hall for GRADIANTRA: An Architecture OJT Readiness Seminar, a meaningful step toward bridging academic learning and professional practice. Through insightful discussions led by distinguished architects and industry practitioners, participants gained valuable knowledge and guidance as they prepare for their On-The-Job Training journey.
The seminar explored essential aspects of professional development, including understanding the relationship between trainees and mentors, navigating the transition from classroom to firm, practicing workplace etiquette and communication, and enhancing portfolios, presentations, and resumes. Each session provided practical insights that equipped students with the confidence, competence, and mindset needed to thrive in a professional environment.
More than just a seminar, GRADIANTRA symbolized a significant transitionโa milestone where aspiring architects began transforming knowledge into practice and ambition into action. As students move forward into their OJT experience, the lessons learned from this event will serve as guiding foundations in shaping their growth as future professionals in the field of architecture.
