To remember is to resist. To forget is to repeat.

54 years ago, Martial Law was declared under Proclamation No. 1081, beginning a period marked by authoritarian rule, restrictions on freedoms, and documented human rights violations.

Today, we remember the past—not to divide, but to learn, reflect, and protect democracy.

Hindi nabubura ang kasaysayan. Hindi nakakalimot ang taong bayan.

The safety and well-being of our participants, guests, delegates, and volunteers remain our utmost priority. We appreciate your understanding as we make the necessary adjustments to ensure that the event can be held safely.

A new schedule for the ASEAN Celebration will be announced as soon as possible through this page. We kindly ask everyone to stay tuned for further updates and official announcements.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Please stay safe, monitor weather advisories, and take all necessary precautions.

Keep safe and dry! 💙
