🤖 Will AI replace analog designers? Or can it help us build a more robust future for circuit design?

Join the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society on July 30th for our next highly anticipated Technical Webinar featuring industry legend Dr. Behzad Razavi (Professor of Electrical Engineering at UCLA and member of the US National Academy of Engineering).

In this presentation, Prof. Razavi will explore how AI can transition from a routine tool into a competent analog designer by evaluating a framework known as the five-level analog design pyramid:

1. Analyzing circuits correctly (the foundation)
2. Drawing upon intuition to predict performance trends as parameters vary
3. Designing a given circuit topology to meet specific performance targets
4. Globally optimizing across a wide set of topologies for the same function
5. True, human-level circuit innovation

The session will evaluate the present capabilities of AI, probing its conceptual understanding and intuition beyond what it can simply pull from online resources.

📅 Date: Thursday, July 30, 2026
⏰ Time: 10:00 am EDT

The Philippines is not new to semiconductors. More than 70% of electronics firms operating in the country are engaged in semiconductor manufacturing services, including assembly, testing, and packaging (ATP).

This depth of participation underpins a mature, reliable, and scalable ecosystem that supports resilient supply chains for global companies.
