The Board is chaired by the Chairman or Commissioner of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and vice-chaired by the University President. The members of the Board are represented by various sectors in the country, which include the Chairman of the House Comm

ittee on Higher and Technical Education, Chairman on Senate Committee on Education and Culture, the Undersecretary for R&D of the Department of Science and Technology, the Assistant Director General from the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), two representatives from the private sector, and the three presidents of the federations of associations in TUP composed of the Alumni Association, the Faculty Association, and the University Student Government.

2-4-2025: 1st Quarter Regular BOR Meeting in Bacolod City and TUP Visayas-Talisay Campus Visit

Hon. CHED Commissioner and Chair-Designate of TUP BOR presided over the 1st Quarter Regular BOR meeting in Bacolod City. After the meeting, the TUP BOR with Pres Reynaldo Ramos headed to TUPV-Talisay Campus for a visit.

We are grateful to everyone who made this event possible especially the TUPV team headed by Dir. Eric Malo-oy and CAO, Ms. Lainie Balaan. Also, we extend our gratitude to BS Roy of CHMSU and BS Ann of SUNN for the assistance.
