𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐒 𝐍𝐄𝐖𝐒 | La Consolacion College Manila (LCCM) celebrates another milestone as its graduates achieve notable results in the Psychometricians Licensure Examination and the September 2026 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination, demonstrating their readiness to serve in their chosen professions.

The Department of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences recorded a 100% LCCM passing rate in the Psychometricians Licensure Examination, surpassing the 91.72% national passing rate. The achievement highlights the department’s commitment to academic excellence and the professional formation of future practitioners in the field of psychology.

Meanwhile, the School of Nursing and Oriental Health registered an 87.50% LCCM passing rate in the September 2026 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination, exceeding the 76.69% national passing rate. The results reflect the dedication and perseverance of its graduates as they prepare to take on the responsibilities of professional nursing practice.

Behind these achievements are years of rigorous preparation, determination, and the collective support of families, faculty members, mentors, and the entire LCCM community.

As the new licensed psychometricians and nurses embark on the next chapter of their careers, they carry with them the Augustinian values of Veritas, Caritas, and Unitas — a commitment to truth, love, and unity that continues to shape their service to others.

We proudly honor the well-deserved recognition of Dr. Alfredo S. Buenaventura, whose extraordinary life, art and devotion have enriched the musical heritage of the Philippines.
As Music Director of La Consolacion College Manila from 2005 to 2010, Maestro Buenaventura made a meaningful contribution to the musical life of our institution. His passion for music, commitment to excellence, and dedication to nurturing young talents have left a lasting imprint on the LCCM community.
Through his compositions, conducting, teaching and passionate promotion of Filipino music, he has helped preserve and strengthen our unique musical identity. His works harmoniously blend Filipino melodies, traditions and cultural heritage with the world of classical music.

The La Consolacion College Manila Community joyfully celebrates the Feast of Our Lady of Consolation with the theme:

“With Mary, We Journey as One: Let Love Flow in Caring for Our Common Home.”

As we honor Mary, Our Lady of Consolation, may we look to her as an example of comfort, compassion, and hope. In times of sorrow, uncertainty, and hardship, Mary shows us how to remain close to those who need consolation, offering a listening heart, a comforting presence, and the love of Christ. May her example inspire us to become a source of consolation to one another as we journey together as one community.
