To our sweetest, softest, and most lovable secretary, Rachael!๐
Happy Birthday to one of the most precious people we have ever met.
It's hard to put into words how much you mean to us because no amount of words can truly capture the kindness, warmth, and love you have shared with everyone around you. You have a way of making ordinary days feel special and making people feel seen, heard, and valued without even realizing it.
The girl who loves pink, collects blushes like treasures, fills her cart with things she dreams about, and gets excited over the smallest things is also the same girl with one of the biggest hearts we've ever known.
People often tease you for being iyakin, but what many don't see is that your tears come from a heart that loves deeply. You care so much, feel so much, and give so much of yourself to the people around you. In a world where many people are afraid to be vulnerable, your soft heart is one of the most beautiful things about you.
As our secretary, you have done far more than your duties and responsibilities. You didn't just keep records or organize thingsโyou became the heart of countless moments we shared together. Your dedication, patience, and sincerity have left a mark that will stay with us long after today.
And honestly, you will always be the best secretary we ever had (and the most iyakin secretary, kidding aside hahaha).
Not because of the position you held, but because of the person you are.
The truth is, no one can ever replace the warmth, kindness, and genuine care that you brought into our organization. Long after you've left your position, your name will still be remembered. Your efforts will still be appreciated. Your presence will still be missed.
As you prepare to begin a new chapter and leave the country, our hearts feel both happy and heavy.
Happy because we know you are chasing bigger dreams and brighter opportunities.
Heavy because someone as special as you is never easy to say goodbye to.
But we want you to remember this:
No matter how far you go, no matter how many miles separate us, and no matter how much time passes, you will always have a family here.
A family that will cheer for your successes.
A family that will listen when life becomes overwhelming.
A family that will celebrate your victories and stand by you during your struggles.
Distance may separate us physically, but it can never erase the bond, memories, and love we have built together.
Whenever you feel lonely, uncertain, homesick, or simply need someone to talk to, please remember that you can always reach out to us.
Always.
You will never be a burden.
You will never be forgotten.
You will never be alone.
Because no matter where life takes you, there will always be people here who genuinely care about you and love you.
If one day you find yourself missing home, missing familiar faces, or wondering whether people still remember you, we hope you think of us and remember this letter.
Remember that there is a group of people here who are grateful that they met someone like you.
Someone whose kindness made a difference.
Someone whose friendship became a blessing.
Someone whose presence made our organization feel more like a family.
And if there's one thing we hope you carry with you wherever you go, it's this:
You are loved more than you know.
You are appreciated more than you realize.
You have touched more lives than you think.
And your absence will leave a space that can never truly be filled.
Thank you for every laugh, every effort, every tear, every memory, and every moment you've shared with us.
Happy Birthday, Rachael.
May life be gentle with your heart.
May your dreams find their way to you.
May every place you go remind you how special you are.
And wherever in the world you may be, never forget that there will always be people here waiting to hear from you, praying for you, cheering for you, and loving you from afar.
You will always be part of our family.
Always.
With all our love, your CSL Fam!
Some people become part of our memories. You became part of our hearts๐๐ฅน
