Application period for the first batch is from September 28, 2026 to November 26, 2026, while the onsite submission of the initial requirements will be on October 12 to 29, 2026, and on November 9 to 26, 2026.

The schedule of the TUP Scholastic and Technical Aptitude Test (TUP-STAT) is on January 16-17, 23-24, and 30-31, 2027.

Requirements include the following:
— Photocopy of Grade 11 Report Card
— Photocopy of Grade 12 First Semester Report Card
— Recent Income Tax Return / W2 / Certificate of Employment and Compensation or Other Proofs of Income of both parents (both, ID both employed)
— Guardian Certificate of Low Income (if living with a guardian)
— Printed ERS Application Form

Artificial intelligence is already transforming how we learn, teach, research, and work. CHED is setting a national direction to help Philippine higher education adopt it responsibly and harness its potential to improve learning, strengthen research, and make institutional processes more efficient.

Through CHED Memorandum Order No. 21, series of 2026, the Commission has established a national framework to guide 2,366 higher education institutions and 188,261 faculty members in the responsible use of AI – for the benefit of more than 5.8 million students.

This supports President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s push to strengthen AI skills and promote the responsible use of emerging technologies as the country prepares Filipinos for future jobs and a more technology-driven economy.

The Technological University of the Philippines Manila announces that all classes shall resume through 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 tomorrow, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, in accordance with approved class schedules.

Students are advised to plan their travel arrangements accordingly, anticipate possible transportation disruptions, and allow sufficient travel time.

Faculty members are likewise enjoined to extend 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 to students directly affected by transportation-related difficulties, particularly regarding attendance and other time-sensitive academic requirements.
