The University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Pharmacy proudly congratulates 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐄. 𝐄𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬, 𝐑𝐌𝐓, for placing 6th in the August 2026 Medical Technologists Licensure Examination.

The Faculty also recognizes its distinction as a Top 4 Performing School among institutions with 50 or more examinees, having produced 300 new Thomasian Medical Technologists this year.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Encinares and to all our newly licensed Medical Technologists for this remarkable achievement. Your perseverance and excellence reflect the values of Thomasian education, and we look forward to the meaningful contributions you will make to the field of healthcare.

As part of our services for the Thomasian community, the Faculty of Pharmacy is distributing Doxycycline capsules and other medicine to Thomasians at Room 220 of the Main Building. Our academic staff and students from the Faculty are likewise distributing free bottled water and providing basic first aid to our stakeholders.

Thomasians in need may visit Room 220 of the Main Building.

The University of Santo Tomas (UST) Faculty of Pharmacy reaffirmed its commitment to internationalization through its participation in the 2026 Bhe Saj Sawasdee Program (Year 2) of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University (MUPY), in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Bhe Saj Sawasdee Program aims to foster academic exchange in pharmacy and public health while providing participants with firsthand exposure to Thailand's healthcare system, pharmacy practice, and culture.

The program officially commenced with an orientation organized by the International Relations Unit of Mahidol University's Faculty of Pharmacy. The opening ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sitaporn Youngkong, Deputy Dean for International Relations and Corporate Communication, Dr. Pongpol Thanuphol, Assistant Dean for Corporate Communication, and Asst. Prof. Wipharak Rattanavipanon, who warmly welcomed the incoming exchange students and introduced them to the academic and cultural activities that await them throughout the program.

Representing the UST Faculty of Pharmacy are Ms. Aliyah Faith R. Peñarubia, Ms. Alianna Isabel M. Mamate, Ms. Chelsea Lara A. Matawaran, Ms. Lindjoy G. Gregori, Ms. Victoria Dorothy T. Garcia, and Ms. Eryn Chelsea A. Chu. The students were accompanied by Prof. Aleth Therese L. Dacanay, PhD, Dean; Asst. Prof. Renz Kenneth G. Cadiang, MSc, Assistant Dean; and Mr. Elbert Aldwin H. De Jesus, MPH, Faculty Secretary, who joined the opening activities in support of the University's international engagement initiatives.

The participation of the UST Faculty of Pharmacy in the Bhe Saj Sawasdee Program forms part of its FOP GO GLOBAL initiative, which continues to expand international learning opportunities, strengthen strategic academic partnerships
