The UST Faculty of Pharmacy – Doctor of Pharmacy Program brings you Purple Pill, a pharmacist-led medication dispensing and counseling initiative that provides FREE essential medicines for common health concerns, along with professional medication counseling.

In celebration of seven years of intentional impact, we are pleased to present Recipio 101: Pharmacists Caring for People and the Environment, in partnership with the Federation of Junior Chapters – Philippine Pharmacists Association and the UST Faculty of Pharmacy.

This initiative aims to strengthen awareness and promote meaningful engagement in environmental advocacy and sustainable pharmaceutical practices, highlighting the vital role of pharmacists in protecting both public health and the environment.

As we mark this significant milestone, may this gathering serve as an opportunity to learn, collaborate, and reaffirm our shared commitment to caring for people and preserving the environment.

𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻: 𝘚𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴. 𝘚𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘊𝘩𝘰𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘴. A zero Plastic Waste Campaign

This September, the Faculty of Pharmacy has officially launched Purple Goes Green, our campaign for a zero plastic waste community.

As we mark this milestone, we invite all students and faculty members to join us in reducing single-use plastics across our classrooms, laboratories, offices, common areas, and all on- and off-campus faculty and student activities. Small, consistent actions—like bringing reusable bottles, containers, and bags—can create a big impact on our campus and the environment.

Let’s make September the start of a greener, healthier Faculty of Pharmacy.
