ATTENTION: BSIT 4TH YEAR STUDENTS

Submission of the Pre-Final Defense requirements which are the following:

*3 copies of your thesis documentation *1 CD with your system
*3 copies of Rating Sheets
*3 copies of Evaluation Sheets

MUST be included inside the color-coded expanding envelope with a proper label.

Documents will be collected at the CCIS Office N206, TOMORROW, AUGUST 24 from 1PM - 5PM ONLY.

**LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
