A significant gathering organized by the NCR Regional Community Defense Group (NCRRCDG) as part of its anniversary program.

The event brought together the commanders and leaders from the ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ž ๐…๐จ๐ซ๐œ๐ž ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ across the ๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐š๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ฅ ๐‘๐ž๐ ๐ข๐จ๐ง, including ๐‘๐ž๐š๐๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ž ๐ˆ๐ง๐Ÿ๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐š๐๐ž and ๐๐š๐ญ๐ญ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ, ๐‘๐ž๐š๐๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ž ๐”๐ง๐ข๐ญ ๐€๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ, ๐‘๐Ž๐“๐‚ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ, and ๐‘๐Ž๐“๐‚ ๐‚๐จ๐ซ๐ฉ๐ฌ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ. The gathering served as an a venue for leaders to strengthen cooperation, exchange insights, and enhance preparedness in support of national defense.

The participation of ๐€๐ซ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐จ ๐”๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐”๐ง๐ข๐ญ under the supervision of ๐Œ๐€๐‰ ๐Œ๐ˆ๐‚๐‡๐€๐„๐‹ ๐˜ ๐ˆ๐†๐๐€๐‘๐ˆ๐Ž (๐ˆ๐๐…) ๐๐€, ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐๐š๐ง๐ญ, ๐€๐”๐‘๐Ž๐“๐‚ ๐”๐ง๐ข๐ญ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐‚๐๐‹ ๐†๐„๐‘๐€๐‹๐ƒ ๐Œ ๐‹๐€๐”๐‘๐ˆ๐Ž (๐ˆ๐๐…) ๐๐€, ๐€๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง ๐๐‚๐Ž, , whose guidance, leadership, and support contributed to the AU ROTC Unit successful representation in this important gathering.

Representing the ๐€๐ซ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐จ ๐”๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐‘๐Ž๐“๐‚ ๐”๐ง๐ข๐ญ ๐‚๐จ๐ซ๐ฉ๐ฌ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ was ๐‚/๐‹๐“๐‚ ๐€๐’๐‡๐‹๐„๐˜ ๐‹๐‰ ๐‚ ๐‚๐”๐‹๐ˆ๐‹๐ˆ ๐Ÿ๐‚๐‹ who joined fellow leaders in a meaningful forum centered on the continuing role of the Reserve Force, leadership development, operational preparedness, and national service.

More than simply commemorating historic events, the forum provided an opportunity to connect the lessons of the importance of the Citizen-Soldier and drew valuable lessons from historic experiences, including the ๐๐š๐ญ๐ญ๐ฅ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐ข๐ฅ๐š ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ฅ๐ ๐–๐š๐ซ ๐ˆ๐ˆ and the ๐๐š๐ญ๐ญ๐ฅ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐š๐ฐ๐ข ๐ข๐ง ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ•, as well as the ๐ก๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ข๐š๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ฌ ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ž ๐…๐จ๐ซ๐œ๐ž ๐จ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ.

Following the ceremony, the cadets proceeded to their designated rooms 401โ€“404 for a lecture on AFP Customs and Traditions conducted by ๐—ฃ๐—™๐—– ๐—๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ ๐—” ๐—ง๐˜‚๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ผ (๐—œ๐—ป๐—ณ) ๐—ฃ๐—” The lecture emphasized the importance of military customs, traditions, discipline, courtesy, proper bearing, and professionalism.

At 1130, the ๐€๐๐ฏ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐‘๐Ž๐“๐‚ ๐‚๐š๐๐ž๐ญ ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ supervised the signing of attendance for Basic Cadets, and the training concluded at 1200H.

The meaningful blood donation activity was held at ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐ข๐ฅ๐š ๐‡๐ข๐ ๐ก ๐’๐œ๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ, ๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ, ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐ข๐ฅ๐š bringing together volunteers and participants united by one noble purposeโ€”to help save lives through the selfless act of blood donation.

This humanitarian activity provided our cadets and cadettes with an opportunity to extend their service beyond military training. The training day commenced under the leadership of ๐Œ๐€๐‰ ๐„๐ƒ๐†๐€๐‘ ๐˜ ๐Œ๐€๐‚๐€๐๐ˆ๐๐†๐”๐ˆ๐‹ (๐€๐†๐’) ๐๐€, ๐€๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐ญ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐๐š๐ง๐ญ at 0800H as basic cadets were instructed to log in to the virtual platform. The morning session opened with the first lecture, "๐Ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐Œ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐’๐œ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐Ÿ," started at 0815H and concluded at 1010H, conducted by ๐‚๐ฉ๐ฅ ๐†๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ฅ๐ ๐Œ ๐‹๐š๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐จ (๐ˆ๐ง๐Ÿ) ๐๐€, ๐€๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง ๐๐‚๐Ž, ๐€๐”๐‘๐Ž๐“๐‚๐”. The orientation covered essential administrative policies, unit expectations, and standard operating procedures for the course.
