2. The video must be ๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐ผ๐น-๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ and must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or explicit content.
3. Participants must strictly follow the ๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ ๐น๐ถ๐บ๐ถ๐. Entries exceeding the limit may incur deductions.
4. The video must be ๐ฐ๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ.
5. Participants may use ๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ, but subtitles are encouraged if necessary

4. Entries must be submitted in the form of a ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ผ ๐๐ธ๐ถ๐.
5. Video duration should be ๐ป๐ผ ๐น๐ผ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฑ ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐๐๐ฒ๐.
6. Basic editing, sound effects, subtitles, and background music are allowed.
7. The video must be ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐น and created specifically for the contest.
8. Submissions must be sent via ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ด๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ๐.
