Strengthening the bonds between Mathematics students in different universities, that's the primary goal of this year's Palarong Sipnayan. A one-day sportsfest for different Math organizations, Palarong Sipnayan was held at the UST P. Noval Court last March 19, 2017 in which it was hosted by the university's own Mathematical Society.
Five teams from three different universities participated in the said event: the UST Mathematical Society Team, UST MathSoc Alumni Team, FEU Mathematics Society Team, UE Business Administration Mathematics Society (UE BAMS) Team, and lastly, UE BAMS Alumni Team. The tournament followed a 5-team, double-elimination, 3-game-guarantee format, where the UE BAMS Alumni Team were crowned as the champions, while the UE BAMS and UST MathSoc clinched the 1st and 2nd runner-up respectively.
