Dear Subscribers.

Gentle Reminders:

Kindly be informed that our gearbooks (2013) has been completely delivered to TUP last February 2016.

Kindly obligate to pick up your copy @ OSA from MON-SAT (10am-5pm only)

Kindly also inform our representative for any unintended errors i.e wrong name/ course/ picture upon claiming. We will only acomodate noted errors during this period until May 31, 2016 only. So kindly grab your copy now.

Those with current errors were already given attention and we will personally contact them once affixed after May 31, 2016

Please spread the news to your collegues!

Dear subscribers,

Kindly claim your gearbooks respectively as we have already set full delivery.
Follow our guidelines upon claiming based on our recent post.

Please be informed that we will end releasing of gearbooks upto Feb 27, 2016 only. We will not be responsible for unclaimed or misplaced yearbooks after that.

Gearbooks with revisions to certain subcribers will be updated accordingly here as well.

Please inform/share all your collegue and friends.

Dear Subscribers,

UPDATES OF REMAINING GEARBOOKS:

Claimed as of to date: 173pcs
Remaining: 347pcs out of 520pcs (batch 1 delivery)

*Reminder for our general rules upon claiming:

1) Present copy/ O.R. of subcriber
2) Bring calid I.D. of subscriber

And reminder to only those who have not settled their payments, your yearbook is subject for hold at OSA. This can be claimed once you've fully paid at the accounting office and present your O.R.

Please be guided accordingly that our updated schedule of releasing is as follows:

Mon- Fri: 10am to 5pm
Sat: 10am to 3pm

Dear Subscribers!

We have successfully received partial delivery of 520pcs gearbook as committed accordingly (for partial release).

Time: 10am - 5pm (mon to fri)
10am - 3pm (sat)

Venue: OSA, COS/CLA building

Reminders upon claiming your Gearbook please present the following documents:
1) 1 valid I.D. Gearbook Subscriber
2) O.R as proof of full payment
3) Authorization letter (if applicable)
**We encourage you to check your gearbook upon receipt to address further concerns the soonest time.

**We will keep you posted for the remaining delivery of gearbook and updates.

Greetings Subscribers!

Please be guided accordingly with our updates and share to our fellow subscribers as well.

Delivery of items to TUP will be moved to January 16, 2016
(delivered items will be inspected and accounted by TUP procurement office before releasing)

*Official releasing will be this January 18, 2016 onwards
TIME: 10am - 6pm
Temporary Venue: OSA ground floor, COS/CLA building

*Valid documents to claim your Gearbook:
- Official Receipt (if still at hand)
- Copy of offical Transcript of record (TOR)
- Copy of Diploma.
- Valid I.D.
- Authorization letter with I.d. of Subscriber
(in case of unavailability)

*Reminders for those who still hasn't settled complete payment of gearbook 2013 and photo package, kindly settle during releasing schedule before claiming.

Good Day Subscribers!

Updates from Zone 5/ Repro Printers:

1st Batch of delivery will be scheduled on 15th of January 2016. This is due to drying time needed for our yearbooks that are already bonded and that it is the last week of classes/activities in TUP that delivery could not risk.

We will resume our schedule by January and will updated Time Schedule of releasing and Venue of releasing in TUP soon.

Good Day subscribers!

Updates regarding partial delivery supposedly on november was postponed due to drying process of binded books c/o supplier. We are still pushing completion of initial delivery at least before christmas. Kindly see photo of complete binded gearbook below for your reference.

*PS for those who still hasn't settled complete payment of gearbook and photo package, kindly settle during releasing schedule before claiming. We have complete list to those who were not fully paid, this list will be posted soon for reminders.
