The UST Guidance and Counseling Center and the UST Department of Psychology are rolling out the Virtual Drop-in Support Session tomorrow, August 20, 2026, to help our stakeholders cope with recent events, including the various adjustments, suspensions, and flooding.

Stakeholders may register for the session using their Google accounts.

18/08/2026

You don't have to carry your burdens alone, including facing and braving floodwaters.

In light of the recent flooding in Manila, we are opening our FREE Group Debriefing Sessions via Zoom for the Thomasian Community.

Talking about your experience, especially the fears and questions you had or still have, in a safe space facilitated by trained mental health volunteers is helpful. And we are here for you: a safe space where you can be your most afraid, most vulnerable self to regain your balance. It's okay if you are not okay. What happened was unusual.

You may scan the QR code to register or through the Google Form in the comments section below.

We invite you to join us in this safe spaceโ€”to pause, process, and be heard.

You do not have to go through this alone. We are here for you. ๐Ÿ’›
