πππππππππ | Academic and Attendance Leniency Petition UPDATE
Following the submission of the Academic and Attendance Leniency Petition on August 17, FEU Institute of Education Dean Dr. Mark Lancer J. Santos reassured the IE Community that the concerns of students affected by the ongoing heavy rainfall and flooding are being considered.
For August 18, classes will remain under the university-announced asynchronous modality. From August 19β22, faculty members will assess the conditions of their students before determining whether synchronous sessions may be implemented.
Faculty members have also been reminded to practice flexibility in attendance, provide recorded sessions for students affected by flooding or poor internet connectivity, and make learning resources accessible to all students.
Through these measures, the IE Administration continues to stand with the IE Community in ensuring flexibility, consideration, and accessibility amid the current weather conditions.
