According to the UST Students' Election Code of 2011, Section 2: Declaration of Principles, suffrage may be exercised by all bona fide students of the University of Santo Tomas not otherwise disqualified by law. No literacy, property, or other substantive requirement shall be imposed on the exercise of suffrage.

Life as an Engineering student enabled us to travel unexpected roads of challenges and victories. We create narratives of hope and inspiration, and even tales of struggles that have conquered through perseverance and dedication. How we journeyed through the paths we have chosen defines how we write the stories that each of us can tell. But as we write, we also pause - to ask ourselves which words should be written next, and which questions should be answered sooner.

THIS AIMS TO TAKE FORMAL PROCEDURES TO SETTLE SUCH GRIEVANCES. ONLY WHEN A GRIEVANCE IS EXPRESSED IN WRITING AND DULY SIGNED DOES IT BECOME A FORMAL PROCEDURE FOR SETTLEMENT.

CSC WILL PROMOTE COLLECTIVE ENVIRONMENTAL INVOLVEMENT AMONG THOMASIANS THROUGH INITIATING AND MAINTAINING SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES AND HABITS THAT EVERYONE CAN DO.

3 POSTED: A SOCIAL MEDIA ETIQUETTE AND LITERACY FORUM
A SOCIAL MEDIA FORUM THAT AIMS TO EDUCATE THOMASIANS ON THE RESPOSIBLE USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA. SPEAKERS WHO EXPERIENCED CYBER-BULLYING WILL DELIVER THEIR STORY ON HOW A SINGLE CLICK AFFECTED THEIR LIVES. THIS WILL BE FOLLOWED BY A FORUM THAT WILL GIVE THE STUDENTS AN OBJECTIVE BACKGROUND ON SOCIAL MEDIA LITERACY.

THE CENTRAL STUDENT COUNCIL WILL ESTABLISH A POLICY REQUIRING ALL STUDENT COUNCILS TO PUBLICIZE THEIR FINANCIAL REPORTS THROUGH VERITAS - THE FINANCIAL AUDIT AND TRANSPARENCY WEEK - FOR THE PURPOSE OF UPLIFTING FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY.

2 PAPERS 101: A DOCUMENT PROCESSING SYMPOSIUM
A CULMINATING EVENT IN THE COLLABORATION WITH THE SOCC FOR LOCAL STUDENT COUNCIL AND COLLEGE / FACULTY / INSTITUTION SECRETARIES WHERE THEY ARE INVITED TO HAVE AN ORIENTATION ALL ABOUT THE PROCESSING DOCUMENTS, OFFICE PROCEDURES AND POLICIES.

3 BULLETIN: THE ONLINE CENTRALIZED CALENDAR SYSTEM

A WEEK LONG EVENT COMPOSED OF A SERIES OF FORUMS AND A FAIR WHICH WILL SHOWCASE THE ART OF BUSINESS AIMED TO EDUCATE THE THOMASIANS ON HOW TO START AND MANAGE A SMALL BUSINESS.

1 KAAGAPAY: AN INTER-COUNCIL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
A PROJECT THAT FOCUSES ON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIZATION IN COLLABORATION WITH THE DIFFERENT LOCAL STUDENT COUNCILS THAT WILL BE HAPPENING EACH MONTH THROUGH VARIOUS TYPES OF TRAININGS.
