You are always there for others, but who is left to listen to you? Every thought left unspoken, and words that never made it out are just as important as the safe spaces you create for others.

As we celebrate 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲, take a moment for yourself to breathe. Every feeling is valid, and every struggle does not have to be immediately figured out. Remember that the small efforts that make a difference from you, are often the ones you also need. Let yourself spare some kindness for your own—you deserve them too.

Today, we joyfully celebrate the feast of 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹; a man whose life became a beautiful testament to faith, compassion, humility, and selfless service to others.

May the 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 (𝗔𝗖𝗢𝗘𝗦), and the Computer Engineering community continue to look upon Saint Vincent de Paul for guidance, inspiration, and strength as we live out our Vincentian mission. May his example remind us to serve with compassion, uplift those in need, and embody the values that make us proud Adamsonians. 🤍
