Pursuant to Republic Act 7079 otherwise known as the Campus Journalism Act of 1991, all educational institutions on the elementary, secondary, and tertiary levels shall be encouraged to have a student publication.

In view thereof, Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa, Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology as per guided by the aforementioned law organized its official publication named "The DEBESMSCAT Post"---directly coined from the name of the institution and added with the term "Post" which denotes its literal meaning, "to publish, announce, or advertise."

Further, the publication shall serve as the voice of the student body, catering their needs for inherent freedom, information, complementary education, and entertainment.

For updates, 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗘 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗢𝗪 the official page of The DEBESMSCAT Post, "D'POST," the new normal outlet for information dissemination, education, expression, and entertainment.

Pandemic has impacted all of us in all aspects of our lives. It made everything more difficult to the extent that everything seems to be unbearable, especially in the field of education. However, despite these effects that burdened us regardless of who we are, we still find way to get out this challenge and have the courage to continue living our lives.
