OVPAA MEMORANDUM ORDER 1 SERIES OF 2022

In consideration of the increasing number of students and faculty members suffering from COVID-19 and flu-like symptoms, PUP is suspending synchronous and asynchronous activities in all year levels, including Graduate School, Open University System and College of Law, in the Main Campus, and in all branches and satellite campuses, from January 10 to January 16, 2022.

The administration shall assess the situation by January 14, 2022 to decide whether or not to extend this period of suspension.

Members of the faculty are instructed to move deadlines of submission of all academic requirements and still observe our memorandum on the Easing of Academic Requirements and Grading System due to Pandemic Limitation.

Qualifications:
1. Must maintain a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 2.5;
2. Must carry the regular load prescribed in the curriculum;
3. Must not have a failing grade (5.0), INC, Dropped, or withdrawn final grade;
4. Must pass the final interview conducted by the grantor;
5. Must belong to a family whose joint family income is not higher than ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php150,000.00) per annum;
6. Must not be a working student;
7. Must be of good moral character;
8. Must be physically fit; and
9. Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship.
