Juris Doctor Non-Thesis:
San Sebastian College of Law offers a four-year (minimum) Juris Doctor program with core subjects that include bar subjects, summer apprenticeship, elective subjects, and bar review subjects totaling 142 units. This program is an interdisciplinary approach to the study of law patterned after the Legal Education Board’s (LEB) latest Model Curriculum for Juris Doctor Non-Thesis Program incorporating Clinical Education mandated by the Supreme Court. Working Student Program:
Catering to working students who wish to pursue a career in the practice of law, this program allows students to take a minimum load of 11 units per semester and 6 units during Summer Classes. Students can finish the course in five to six years (extendible). Legal Enhancement Program:
The program aims to help refresher students hurdle the Bar and be a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. The program is compliant with the mandate of the Supreme Court in Bar Matter No. 1161 and Section 16 of Rule 138 of the Rules of Court.
