The Commission on Audit would like to remind USG Units that all required revisions for the Term-End Reports (TER) for Term 2, A.Y. 2025–2026 have already been communicated to each unit. Units are therefore expected to comply with their respective assigned deadlines for submission.

For reference, kindly review the previous emails sent by the Commission’s officers regarding your unit’s specific TER revisions and deadlines.

The Commission on Audit sent the Notice of Disengagement (NOD) last April 23, 2026 to USG units who failed to acknowledge both the Letter of Request for Documents and the Letter of Demand.

Please be reminded that all units who received the letter are required to reply to the Notice of Disengagement TODAY, April 25, 2026 (Saturday).

Please be reminded that all units who have received the LOD are expected to acknowledge the letter on or before April 22, 2026 (Wednesday).
