A Lasallian PAL (Peer Lasallian Academic Leader) is a qualified student peer supporter who helps fellow Lasallians through course-specific tutorials and guided study groups. PALs help students strengthen their understanding, practice effectively, develop sound study strategies, and become more confident and independent learners.
As a Peer Lasallian Academic Leader, you will have opportunities to provide individualized tutorials, facilitate guided study groups, explain challenging concepts, guide practice, and encourage independent learning.
More than tutoring, being a PAL means leading through peer support and Lasallian service. It is an opportunity to strengthen your leadership, communication, and facilitation skills while contributing to a culture of responsible peer learning and shared success.
