The wait is over, the Architectural Qualifying Examination 2026 has officially begun.

Today marks the first step in a defining milestone for our incoming 3rd Year Architecture students. Armed with months of preparation, countless plates, sleepless nights, and unwavering determination, examinees now face the challenge that brings them one step closer to their dreams of becoming architects.

The journey continues. One exam, one dream, one future at a time.

In consideration of the nationwide transport strike, please be advised that classes across all campuses and academic extension programs in the National Capital Region (NCR) on 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 will shift to 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐬).

ADVISORY | ARCHITECTURE QUALIFYING EXAMINATION 2026

Please be informed that the Architecture Qualifying Examination (AQE) shall proceed as scheduled tomorrow despite the announced transport strike. The AQE will remain onsite in accordance with the previously released schedule.

Examinees are advised to arrive at least one (1) hour before their scheduled examination to avoid any inconvenience, possible delays, and heavier traffic caused by the transport strike.

Please plan your trip accordingly and allot sufficient travel time. Thank you, and we wish all examinees the best of luck!

CALLING SECOND DEGREE APPLICANTS FOR BS ARCHITECTURE!

The PUP College of Architecture, Design, and the Built Environment announces that applications for Second Degree applicants to the Bachelor of Science in Architecture are now open.

Key Requirements:
📌Transcript of Records (TOR) and/or Certified True Copy of Grades.
📌A General Weighted Average (GWA) of 2.00 or higher, clearly indicated in your TOR or Certified True Copy of Grades. If the GWA is not reflected in either document, applicants must submit an official GWA Certification issued by the school that certifies their GWA.
📌No grades with Failure, INC, Withdrawn (W), or Dropped (DRP)
📌Finished a Bachelor's Degree
📌Applicants must take and pass the Aptitude Test.

🗓 Dates of Submission:
Starting July 21, 2026, until July 24, 2026 (Friday)

🕘Submission Schedule:
Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Matagumpay ang College of Architecture, Design, and Built Environment (CADBE) Educational Discussion ngayong July 20, sa pangunguna ni PUP CADBE Student Council President Mx. Pearl Micah Arceo, sa usaping "Building the Future: Understanding the Challenges in CADBE Education Towards a Better Learning Environment."

Malalim na tinalakay ang mga isyung humuhubog sa karanasan ng mga taga-disenyo ng bayan at kinabukasan ng pamantasan. Sinuri ang kasalukuyang kondisyon ng CADBE education—mula sa classroom hanggang sa mas malawak na pang-ekonomiyang usapin na bumabalot dito.

Binigyang-diin na hindi sapat ang pagdidisenyo ng mga gusali hangga't ang mismong pundasyon ng edukasyon ay patuloy na niyuyurakan. Aniya, ang tunay na paghubog ng mga arkitekto, planner, at designer ng bayan ay nagsisimula sa isang sistemang nagbibigay-halaga sa kanilang pagkatuto, kapakanan, at kinabukasan.

Higit sa lahat, nagsilbi itong espasyo upang pag-usapan ang mga kolektibong hakbang at solusyon sa mas inklusibo at de-kalidad na learning environment.

OPISYAL NA PAHAYAG NG PUP COLLEGE OF ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN, AND THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT STUDENT COUNCIL SA PAX SILICA

Mariing kinokondena ng PUP College of Architecture, Design, and the Built Environment Student Council ang Pax Silica na isang proyektong itinutulak sa ngalan ng "kaunlaran" ngunit nagbabadya ng higit na pagsandig ng bansa sa dayuhang interes, mas matinding pagsasamantala sa ating likas na yaman, at mas malaking pasanin sa mamamayan.

Hindi tayo naniniwala sa huwad na pag-unlad na ang kapalit ay pagkawasak ng kalikasan, pagkamkam sa ating mga likas na yaman, at pagyurak sa karapatan ng mga komunidad.

Sa likod ng mga pangakong "AI hub" at "world-class development" ay ang reyalidad ng napakalaking konsumo sa tubig. Ang mga AI data center at semiconductor facilities na inaasahang bahagi ng proyektong ito ay kilala sa napakalaking pangangailangan sa tubig na umaabot sa milyun-milyong galon kada araw sa malalaking operasyon, habang milyon-milyong Pilipino ang patuloy na nakararanas ng kakulangan sa malinis at sapat na suplay ng tubig.

Hindi kaunlaran ang proyektong nagpapayaman sa iilan habang ipinapasa sa mamamayan ang gastos at pagdudusa sa kalikasan, kabuhayan, at kinabukasan. Hindi pag-unlad ang paglalagay ng ating pambansang yaman at direksyon ng ekonomiya sa impluwensya ng mga dayuhang interes.

Naninindigan ang PUP CADBE Student Council na ang tunay na pag-unlad ay makabayan, makatao, makakalikasan, at nagsisilbi sa sambayanan—hindi sa tubo ng malalaking korporasyon.

Bilang mga lider-estudyante, taga-disenyo ng bayan at magiging mga propesyunal sa larangan ng arkitektura, interior design at environmental planning, nananatili tayong matatag sa pagsusulong ng isang kaunlarang makatarungan, sustenable, at nakaugat sa kapakanan ng sambayanan. Hinihikayat namin ang buong iskolar ng bayan na manatiling mapanuri, makilahok sa makabuluhang diskurso, at gampanan ang ating kolektibong pananagutan sa paghubog ng isang kinabukasang inuuna ang tao, ang kalikasan, at ang bayan.

Ito ang diwang patuloy naming isusulong bilang mga magiging tagapagdisenyo ng kinabukasan—ang pagdidisenyo ay hindi para sa tubo o kapangyarihan, kundi para sa mamamayan.

Para sa mamamayan. Para sa kalikasan. DESIGN FOR THE PEOPLE!
