Last November 18, 2025, a dental outreach program was conducted in Regina Rosarii, bringing together over 50 adults and resident members for a day of dental education and mouth examinations. This initiative was spearheaded by Dr. Jeannie Tolentino and Dr. Lito Carreon, both esteemed alumni of ODR-ODP. The mouth examination component of the program was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the ODR-ODP resident members: dentistry clinicians Grand Lady Jeannie Rose Roja, Janina Pauline G. Roda, Ashleigh Abejero, and Leoben King Gertos, who worked tirelessly to ensure that each participant received a thorough check-up. This hands-on approach not only provided valuable experience for the residents but also fostered a sense of community and social responsibility. Dr. Tolentinoโ€™s leadership together with the initiatives of ODR-ODP young members is instrumental in the success of this program, and their dedication to promoting oral health and giving back to the community is truly commendable!

The life of a Dental student is never easy.

Most of us don't have connections to the dental world and entering this field for the very first time.

It is exciting and terrifying simultaneously.

You will experience moments where you go to bed and replaying those bad errors from that day,

Yet those moments is what is making you into the doctor that you aspire to be.

Most of it is learning how to deal with it.

It doesn't stop when you graduate.

Have 10 years of experience.

There is always room for improvement and learning and no one is perfect.

All we do is trying to help people and give them back their smiles. โค๏ธ๐Ÿฆท
