While our binding committee activities are coming to a close, the discourse about mental health and the need of supporting one another continues. We encourage you to keep the conversation going, to be nice to yourself and to one another, and to seek out when you need help.

It is important to acknowledge and honor our true emotions, even when they are not positive or when we're going through difficult times. It's okay not to be okay, and pretending otherwise can be detrimental to our well-being. It's natural to experience a range of emotions, including sadness, anger, frustration, or disappointment when faced with difficult situations like a loss of love or relationship troubles.

By allowing yourself to fully feel and express these emotions, you give yourself the opportunity to process and heal. It's important not to suppress or ignore your emotions, as doing so may lead to further emotional distress or difficulties in the long run. Instead, create a safe space for yourself to acknowledge and validate your feelings.

Remember that it's okay to not be okay. Allow yourself to grieve, to cry, to vent, or to seek support from trusted friends or family members. Expressing your emotions through journaling, art, or talking to someone you trust can be therapeutic and help you navigate through your feelings.

While it's important to be authentic and acknowledge our true emotions, it's also crucial to seek appropriate support if needed. Ang Tardive Dyskinesia ay isang kondisyon na dapat bigyang-pansin. Ito ay nagdudulot ng hindi kontrolado at hindi inaasahang galaw ng mga kalamnan, kung saan maaaring maging sanhi ng pagkabagot sa pang-araw-araw na buhay at maging hadlang sa paggawa ng ibang mga gawain.

Dapat natin silang bigyan ng respeto at mahalin dahil hindi ito nagtatakda kung sino at ano sila bilang tao.

Ipagbigay-alam natin sa mga tao na hindi sila nag-iisa sa laban nila at mayroong komunidad na handang tumulong sa kanila. Patuloy nating ipakita ang pagkalinga at pag-unawa sa mga taong may Tardive Dyskinesia upang mabigyan sila ng tamang suporta at magkaroon sila ng mas magandang kinabukasan.

When considering how to maintain mental health, it may be useful to consider the connection between our emotions and our mental state.

People frequently suffer in silence and refuse treatment because of stigma and misunderstandings around mental health conditions. You are not alone, if you are a young adult who is currently struggling with anxiety, depression, or any other mental health issue. You may talk to your parents, friends or professional counselor for support, If you're going through this right now and you know no one is going to be there for you, don't be afraid to speak out; just let out everything you're experiencing, be around people who are good for your mental health.
