SERVICE WITH HEART, THE FILIPINO WAY!
The OPPS and GSP Seminar on Filipino Brand of Service Excellence brought participants together for a meaningful learning experience centered on warmth, professionalism, and genuine Filipino hospitality—values that resonate deeply with the Benedictine tradition of hospitality.
Held on August 15 at the Social Hall, the seminar featured Prof. Reigine Valerie Banaag, Director of the Careers, Linkages, and External Relations Office, as the resource speaker.
At the heart of Filipino hospitality is the simple greeting “Mabuhay!”—an expression of welcome that reflects our warmth and openness to others. In the Benedictine tradition, this spirit of welcome invites us to receive each person with respect, care, and genuine hospitality.
