The Cadets continued to gain valuable insights in the afternoon session through the interactive lessons of Mr. Dan David Vargas. The meaningful discussion highlighted the pivotal role of technology in education and how modern tools like Artificial Intelligence continue to reshape our understanding and practices in the teaching profession.

As the Cadets returned for Day 2, EduHEART continued to equip them with essential knowledge and practical skills in emergency response and assessment, recognizing common emergencies, proper bandaging techniques, and safe patient transport. Beyond the comprehensive lectures, our training facilitators provided engaging and hands-on activities that allowed the Cadets to practice and apply their newly acquired skills. The day concluded with a post-test to assess their learning and readiness, further preparing them to become competent lay responders.

The first day of EduHEART was filled with valuable insights into emergency procedures and life-saving techniques for responding to life-threatening situations, such as cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, and choking, while awaiting advanced medical assistance. The Cadets also participated in a return demonstration, applying their newly acquired knowledge and skills by performing the proper sequence of Basic Life Support procedures. Through these hands-on activities, they strengthened their preparedness, confidence, and sense of responsibility, equipping themselves to become more capable and compassionate future educators.
