The ๐—š๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—”๐˜€๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฏ๐—น๐˜† served as a meaningful avenue for students to come together, strengthen connections, and recognize the importance of effective communication in leadership, community engagement, and personal development.

Throughout the gathering, Vanguards were given the opportunity to exchange ideas, listen to diverse perspectives, build new connections, and discover the confidence to express themselves with purpose. Each interaction and participation contributed to creating a space where every voice was acknowledged and valued.

The success of this event would not have been possible without the collective efforts of our ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€, ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ถ๐˜‡๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€, ๐˜ƒ๐—ผ๐—น๐˜‚๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€, ๐—ผ๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€, ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€, ๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜€๐˜๐˜€, ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€, ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜†๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฒ who actively participated in making this gathering meaningful. As we begin another chapter as one Vanguard community, may we carry with us the courage to speak with purpose, listen with openness, and lead with responsibility.

The General Assembly may have come to a close, but our journey has only begun.

Let us continue to raise our voices, amplify meaningful conversations, and create spaces where every Vanguard is empowered to speak.

These events serve as a vital reminder of the dangers of unchecked political power.

The widespread human rights violations during Marcos Sr.'s administration left a deep, lasting impact on the nationโ€”an impact that must never be forgotten.

Security should never come at the expense of human lives or require sacrificing peopleโ€™s rights and dignity. Genuine security isnโ€™t founded on bloodshed, suffering, or tears. Filipinos deserve peace and safety without violence, fear, or innocent lives lost.

Remembering Martial Law isnโ€™t just about dwelling on the past; itโ€™s about understanding how power, governance, and human rights intertwine. A democratic society must stay aware of the dangers of abuse of power and continue to uphold freedom, justice, and accountability.

NEVER FORGET, NEVER AGAIN
