In view of the suspension of face-to-face classes in all levels in public and private schools in Manila due to the continued inclement weather brought by the southwest monsoon (Habagat), classes under the Higher Education Department (HED) will shift to online modality today, 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.
