September 3, 2026 — The Letran Youth for Christ – DomNet (LYC-DomNet) joined the first day of the Novena in honor of Our Lady of Consolation and Cincture and rendered altar service at the San Agustin Church – Archdiocesan Shrine of Nuestra Señora de la Consolación y Correa.

The Novena Mass was presided over by Most Rev. Rolando Octavus J. Tria Tirona, O.C.D., D.D., Archbishop Emeritus of Caceres.

The LYC-DomNet’s participation in this Marian celebration reflects the community’s devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

We once again look back on and honor the life of our beloved alumnus, President Manuel L. Quezon. His birthday was celebrated with a Holy Mass, a shared breakfast, and a special program featuring vibrant performances from the Integrated Basic Education Department students. The event also featured media coverage by the Manila Bulletin, alongside a mini local marketplace set up at the Salon de Actos.

Staff from participating offices gathered at the Letran Chapel for Misa en Mesa, a special Thanksgiving Mass celebrated for employee birthday celebrants from June to September.

Despite the inclement weather, the gathering concluded with a warm fellowship meal hosted at the Religious Affairs Office to celebrate the gift of life and express gratitude for their dedicated service as well as to foster deeper bonding within the Letran community.

Upon the recommendation of the NDRRMC and the announcement by the Mayor’s Office, Face-to-Face Classes for All Levels are suspended and will shift to Asynchronous Online Modality today, September 4, 2026, due to the inclement weather.

Today, September 3, 2026, as part of Letran's long standing tradition, we commemorate the life and legacy of our beloved alumnus, former President Manuel L. Quezon. The celebration began with a Holy Mass, followed by a special program, breakfast with the Fathers and community gathering.

The event featured media coverage by the Manila Bulletin, highlighting vibrant performances from the Integrated Basic Education Department students. Adding to the festive atmosphere, a mini local marketplace was set up at the Salon de Actos for everyone to enjoy.
