Entering the transition into a new academic year, the PUP-RailSS Commission on Elections (COE) 2026 proudly announces that the application for a new set of executive officers for the academic year 2026-2027 is officially open.

To serve and lead the Railway Engineering Management student community is not simply to hold a title, but to embody service with purpose.
