CAMPUS ADVISORY | Continued Online Synchronous Mode and Work From Home Set-up

Please be advised that CLASSES AT ALL LEVELS in FEATI University Manila will continue to be conducted in online synchronous mode tomorrow, August 20, Thursday, in anticipation of the continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon.

Faculty members may conduct classes from their homes or from the campus. They are advised to email [ [email protected] ] to request for the Zoom credentials for their scheduled classes.

Students who may have internet connection concerns are welcome to attend classes from the campus.

The administrative personnel (except those whose functions include delivery of essential services, e.g., IT/EDP, SSERS, Laboratory Technicians) again have the option to work from home tomorrow, if such is applicable.

Please be guided accordingly.

CAMPUS ADVISORY | Shift to Online Synchronous Mode and Work From Home Set-up

In line with the declaration by Malacanang, CLASSES AT ALL LEVELS in FEATI University Manila will shift to online synchronous mode tomorrow, August 19, Wednesday, in anticipation of the continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon.

Faculty members are authorized to work and/or conduct classes from their homes. They are advised to email [ [email protected] ] to request for the Zoom credentials, which they must share with their students.

Those who may have connection concerns may attend/conduct classes from the campus.

On the other hand, the administrative personnel shall continue to have the option to work from home tomorrow.

Please be guided accordingly.

CAMPUS ADVISORY | Shift to Asynchronous Mode AND Work From Home Set-up

Pursuant to the announcement from the Manila Mayor's Office, today’s face-to-face classes at the college level in FEATIU will shift to asynchronous mode effective immediately.

In addition, in-line with the announcement from Malacañang, faculty members and non-teaching personnel (except those whose functions include delivery of essential services, e.g., IT/EDP, SSERS) may also work from home for the rest of the day effective 12 NOON, if such is applicable.

Those with scheduled meetings or urgent matters to accomplish are requested to stay. The above in is view of the continuous heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon.

The campus, however, will remain open to those who wish to stay for safety.

CAMPUS ADVISORY | Junior High & Senior High Classes Shift to Asynchronous Mode

In line with the announcement from the Manila Mayor's Office, JHS and SHS classes at FEATIU will shift to aynchronous mode today, August 17, Monday, due to the southwest monsoon (habagat), which is expected to bring cloudy skies with intermittent light to moderate, at times heavy rainfall over the city.

This advisory supersedes our earlier announcement regarding the shift to online synchronous classes.

Empowering Excellence: Introducing FEATI University’s New Academic Leaders

The year 2026 marks an exciting new chapter for FEATI University as it welcomes three outstanding leaders to its academic team on its 80th year anniversary: Dr. Susan M. Gallardo as University President; Dr. Evelyn C. Creencia as Vice President for Academic Affairs; and Engr. Eulalio C. Creencia as Director for Development, Compliance, and Accreditation. Their combined expertise and vision promise to drive transformative growth and innovation across the University.

Dr. Susan M. Gallardo, the new University President, combines academic excellence, industry expertise, and collaborative leadership. Her achievements in chemical engineering, research, teaching, and community service reflect a strong commitment to innovation and excellence. Dr. Gallardo’s energy and vision inspire the FEATI community to embrace new ideas and continuous growth.

Dr. Evelyn C. Creencia carries to the role of Vice President for Academic Affairs a strong background in chemistry, academic leadership, and research. With a Doctor of Science from Niigata University, Japan, and experience as a Registered Chemist, Patent Agent, and former MSU-IIT professor, she has led pioneering researches and remains active in national science and community initiatives. Her dedication to faculty and student empowerment will continue to elevate FEATI’s academic excellence.

ASEAN Engr. Eulalio C. Creencia, the new Director for Development, Compliance, and Accreditation, offers extensive experience in chemical engineering, research, and industry. A registered inventor and former MSU-IIT professor, he is a JSPS Exchange Scientist and acclaimed research grant recipient. Engr. Creencia has led engineering projects in oleochemicals, petroleum, biomass energy, and water purification. His commitment to innovation and integrity will further advance FEATI’s standards of excellence.

The FEATI community looks forward to the positive impact these new leaders will bring as the University continues to pursue excellence, innovation, and academic distinction.
