BUILDING OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH PARTNERSHIP

Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC), the Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich, and Vienovo Philippines Inc. are working together to expand access to higher education through a collaborative Scholarship Program for Academic Year 2026–2027.

This scholarship program is exclusively open to NBSC students who are residents of Manolo Fortich.
Forty (40) qualified scholars will be selected, with each beneficiary receiving a ₱1,000 monthly stipend, released on a semestral basis in coordination with the College.

Priority will be given to deserving students from low-income households, Indigenous Peoples (IPs), residents of Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDAs), Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), and other disadvantaged or marginalized groups.

HOW TO APPLY

• Accomplish the form completely and accurately.
• Prepare all required supporting documents.
• Submit the accomplished application form and documentary requirements to the Student Accounts, Scholarship Aides, and Financial Assistance Office (SASAFAO) of Northern Bukidnon State College.

Applicants will undergo documentary screening, evaluation, and interview. Qualified applicants will be ranked based on financial need, academic performance, interview results, leadership, and community involvement.

Senator Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan - Tulong Dunong Program (TDP)
Academic Year 2026–2027

The Student Accounts, Scholarship Aides, and Financial Assistance Office (SASAFAO) is now accepting applications for the Senator Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan - Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) for AY 2026–2027.

Applications are open to officially enrolled Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) students who meet the program qualifications.

Qualifications:
-Not an existing TES or TDP grantee
-Not an existing CHED Merit Scholar or Scholarship Program for Coconut Farmers and Their Families (CHED CoScho) beneficiary
-Not a recipient of any other government-funded scholarship or grant

Documentary Requirements:
-Duly accomplished TDP Application Form with a 2×2 ID picture (downloadable through the online application)
-Certified True Copy of Certificate of Registration (COR) for AY 2026–2027
-Barangay Indigency
-School ID

Please submit your application on or before August 11, 2026.

Please note: Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to the evaluation and approval of CHED-UniFAST, in coordination with the Office of Senator Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan, and are subject to the availability of funds.

CALL FOR APPLICANTS

Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES)
First Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027

The Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC), in coordination with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) through the Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UniFAST), is now accepting applications for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) for the First Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027.

We encourage all qualified and officially enrolled NBSC students to submit their applications.

Who May Apply?

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Must be a Filipino citizen;
• Must be officially enrolled at Northern Bukidnon State College for the First Semester, AY 2026–2027;
• Must be taking their first undergraduate degree;
• Must not have exceeded the prescribed maximum residency period of their degree program; and
• Must not be a beneficiary of any other national government-funded scholarship or cyclical financial assistance program, including the CHED StuFAPs, CHED Merit Scholarship Program (CMSP), Tulong Dunong Program (TDP), Continuing Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES), and other national government scholarship or financial assistance programs.

ISKOLAR NG LANDBANK PROGRAM (ILP)
Academic Year 2026–2027

The Student Accounts, Scholarship Aides, and Financial Assistance Office (SASAFAO) is now accepting applications for the Iskolar ng LANDBANK Program (ILP) for Academic Year 2026–2027.

ELIGIBILITY

Applicants must:
• Be an incoming First-Year student for AY 2026–2027.
• Be enrolled at Northern Bukidnon State College under the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) program only.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Applicants must:
• Be a resident of Bukidnon.
• Be a child or grandchild of an Agrarian Reform Beneficiary (ARB) or a small farmer/fisher registered in the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA).
• Have a minimum average grade of 90% or belong to the Top 10% of their Senior High School graduating class.
• Not be enjoying any other scholarship, financial assistance, or grant.
• Have an annual family income not exceeding ₱300,000.00.

SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS

Please submit the complete hard copies of the required documents to the Student Accounts, Scholarship Aides, and Financial Assistance Office (SASAFAO).

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS | EASE Scholarship Program (SPSEGs)☺️

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED), through CMO No. 14, Series of 2026, is now accepting applications for the Expanding Access to Scholarships for Equity Groups (EASE) Program, also known as the Scholarship Program for Special Equity Groups (SPSEGs).The program provides educational assistance to qualified first-year college students who belong to eligible special equity groups and meet the qualifications set by CHED.

Interested and qualified applicants are encouraged to submit their applications within the prescribed period.
