Crisis Intervention Team is an arm organization of CMU-CAS Guidance. GOALS & OBJECTIVES
1.

VISION
An exemplary non – class organization actively committed to render services to the university and community with mental health awareness and psychosocial interventions. MISSION
To provide students and the community access to psychosocial support through mobilization of student volunteers with skills on psychosocial intervention, facilitation and counseling. Assist the Guidance Office of the

College of Arts and Sciences in the implementation of its guidance program.
2. Provide psychosocial intervention/services to CMU community in particular and the provinces of Mindanao in general.

𝐏𝐀𝐇𝐔𝐖𝐀𝐘 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 | 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝟑 & 𝟒 𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒

CASmates continued to take part in the various self-care activities. Despite being busy with deadlines, requirements, and classes, many still took time to show up — a quiet reminder that care can exist even in the busiest of days 🌻

The notes they left behind speak of encouragement, hope, and faith that better days will come — small but powerful messages that remind us there is light even in the darkest of times; we just have to find it within ourselves. Through art, students were also able to express themselves, creating pieces that were vibrant both in color and in meaning.

Day 3 and 4 became a gentle testament to how self-care allows us to refill our own cups, so that we may continue to share kindness and care with others too 🫂✨

CASmates, it’s the last day to visit our Pahuway self-care stations. Later at 𝟱𝗣𝗠, we’ll close this restful journey with our 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 — a picnic-style gathering where we can unwind, connect, and simply breathe 🌅

Bring your classmates and friends, 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘀, and 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘀 as 𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗘 serenades us with your song requests 🎶
