The stakes are rising at the 15th National Forestry Olympiad as the participating schools showcased their expertise in 𝗪𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 where they were tested for their sharp eyes, steady hands, and deep anatomical knowledge of timber species.
Here are the Top 10 performing institutions in this event:

Like we explore the vessels, fibers, rays and resin canals, our delegates certainly explored their limits in this event as well, proving that true foresters read stories written in wood.

In Forest Surveying (12%), the margin was razor-thin — where a single misread angle, a slight error in leveling, or the smallest miscalculation in area determination could change everything.

From precise leveling, to disciplined compass traverses, to exact area determination, this event demanded more than knowledge — it required composure under pressure and mastery of every measurement taken in the field.

With scores separated by the narrowest gaps, every station mattered. Every computation counted.

Rising above the tight competition, 🥇𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝗻̃𝗼𝘀 secured 1st place — proving that in surveying, accuracy is power. 🏆📏 But the battle was fierce — It was followed by 🥈𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, then 🥉𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗟𝘂𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆
