Dairy Special Course - CMU A short course in Dairy Prod. & Mgnt. offered every semester by the Dept. of Animal Science-CMU. a. Qualifications:

i. Age Requirement- at least 18 years old

iii. Physically and Mentally Fit – Medical and Neuro-psychiatric Exam

b. Requirements for Enrollment:

i. Authenticated Copy of TOR/DIPLOMA or HIGHSCHOOL CARD (high school graduate)
ii. Original PSA Copy of Birth

Certificate
iii. 2 pieces 2x2 Colored Picture Taken in Collared Shirt with White Background
iv. Medical Exam (to be certified by a Government Physician)
a. Tuberculosis Test Result (Chest X-ray) – should be taken within or during the enrolment period
b. Hepatitis (B) Test Result – Taken within 6 months
c. Drug Test –Taken within 6 months from an accredited drug testing center
d. COVID-19 Vaccination Card
e. Pregnancy Test (female applicant) - should be taken within or during the enrolment period
v. Neuro-psychiatric Exam
vi. Health Insurance Coverage – must include COVID-19

Others:

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): ex. white boots and coverall suit

Tuition Fee: P12,470 only for the whole semester

Ngayong Araw ng mga Bayani, saludo tayo sa mga AI technician na nagsisilbing katuwang ng mga mag-aalaga ng kalabaw sa kanilang mga komunidad bilang bahagi ng AI-Bayanihan Program ng DA-Philippine Carabao Center.

Sa ilalim ng ! campaign, isinusulong ng AI-Bayanihan Program ang sama-samang paghahatid ng kaalaman at serbisyong pang-reproduksiyon, kabilang ang artificial insemination, sa mga mag-aalaga ng kalabaw—tungo sa mas de-kalidad na mga kalabaw at mas masaganang pagkakalabawan.

Dahil ang bawat serbisyong AI na naihahatid ay hindi lamang dagdag na kalabaw—ito ay dagdag na oportunidad, mas matatag na kabuhayan, at mas magandang kinabukasan.

📢 IMPORTANT FOLLOW-UP ANNOUNCEMENT

To all students enrolled in the Short Course in Dairy Production and Management:

Students who failed to accomplish the Lecture Schedule Preference Form will NOT be included in the final list of participants for the scheduled lectures.

This measure is necessary to ensure that the limited capacity of the lecture venue is properly managed and that the number of participants remains within the allowable capacity.

Please be reminded that attendance during the assigned/finalized lecture schedule is required. Failure to attend the lecture without an approved or legitimate reason will be marked as INC (Incomplete).

Students who have not yet completed the form are strongly encouraged to accomplish it immediately.

The form will remain open until 5:00 PM today. After 5:00 PM, the final list of lecture participants will be prepared based on the submitted responses and available venue capacity.
