On the eve of the first day of February 2026, aspiring civil engineers from 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐀𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐚 gathered as they find a moment of pause amidst the intensifying anticipation brought by the nearing 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

As another milestone looms closer and closer, the short but eventful kamustahan served as a leeway to the future board takers' varying emotions. Between the upheavals of doubt and anxiety—of excitement and unease—is the glimpse of comfort delivered in the words of 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙧. 𝘼𝙗𝙖𝙧𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙯, the 𝘾𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙡 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙮 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙨, and 𝙘𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙡 𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨.

𝗘𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹 — 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘄𝗮𝘆.

During the 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗞𝗮𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻 for the 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫. 𝐊𝐚𝐲 𝐐. 𝐀𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐳 emphasized the value of 𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 throughout the journey toward growth and success. She reminded aspiring engineers that failure is not a stop sign but a stepping stone, a necessary part of learning that builds strength, character, and resilience over time. She encouraged everyone to keep moving forward despite setbacks, trusting that progress, no matter how slow, is still progress.

Setbacks are not signs to stop, they are proof that you are trying, learning, and moving forward. Every mistake carries a lesson, and every delay carries a purpose.

She ended her message with a powerful phrase:
