Across Central Mindanao University, student leaders continue to shape organizations, represent voices, and create spaces where ideas become actions. But leadership does not end within the walls of the campus. It carries a greater responsibility—to understand communities, respond to realities, and serve beyond oneself.
Now, a new chapter unfolds.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐌𝐔 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐜𝐲, 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐒) 2026 invites student leaders and representatives of recognized university organizations to become part of a journey where governance meets service, and where campus leadership connects with grassroots realities.

Under the theme:
“𝑩𝒓𝒊𝒅𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑮𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒕𝒔 𝑷𝒖𝒃𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆” this is more than a gathering. It is a challenge to every leader who believes that true leadership is measured not by position, but by purpose.
