Below is the Voting Guidelines for HALALAN 2026 to guide the student leaders in properly participating in the electoral process. The complete set of instructions, procedures and important reminders is provided in the material to ensure clarity and preparedness on election day. Being well-informed is essential in upholding the integrity and fairness of the election.

CMU-ARSO Halalan 2026
Voting Hours: 7:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM
Venue: OSAS Hall

Here are the guidelines to remember:
1. Casting of votes starts at 7AM to 7PM.
2. Sign the attendance upon entering the precinct.
3. Upon receiving the ballot, an additional reminder will be provided by the ELECOM. You may then proceed to cast your vote.
4.Shade the ballot properly. The instructions for proper shading are pasted inside the folder.
5. After casting your vote, fold your ballot and slide it inside the ballot box.
6. Mark your index finger with semi-permanent ink to make sure you have already casted a vote.

We encourage all student leaders to take time to review the guidelines as well as follow the instructions carefully. Invite other student leaders to cast their votes.
